Who We Are

40 Palms is a private estate located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. Deriving its name from the 40 majestic palm trees lining the driveway leading to the 4,000 sq. ft. Ranch Style House, entertaining here is like entertaining in a tropical paradise. The tropical setting features exotic fruit trees and stunning décor providing an atmosphere that is elegant yet inviting, sophisticated yet serene.

Inside, there is a large Great Room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a stunning view of the indoor/outdoor 30,000 gallon Koi Pond. The 8 ft. granite wet bar conveniently situated at the entrance to the Great Room is a bartender’s dream. There is also a fabulous gourmet kitchen with plenty of space for food preparation and serving.
